This weekend we have seen maximum temperatures 4 of 5C above the average, the greatest number of bright sunshine hours since September last year and with high UV levels. The same weekend in 2013 brought thunder, hail and snow with much lower daytime temperatures. Snow even fell on the 23rd and 25th March 2013 with a wind chill of -6C.
