Although there was limited strong sunshine yesterday the indirect sunshine, and a light southerly breeze, pushed the thermometer to its highest reading for a month with a maximum of 22.1C, about average for July. The UV level again reached the very high category. Cloud overnight stopped the earth radiating heat into space and gave us the warmest night since August 2015 with minimum of 14.6C. There was a little light rain and drizzle around 5pm yesterday.
