Monday broke with much ice and hard frost, tuesday brought many hours of rainfall and today, under the centre of the high pressure and still conditions, widespread fog.
Another 12.4mm of rain fell yesterday bringing the monthly total to 116mm. This has been another wet month but less than the extremes of 172mm in 2009 and the record of 204mm, which was set in 2002.
