Yesterday brought us the hottest day of the year with a maximum of 24.9C, the highest UV reading, not surprisingly it was in the very high category, and the highest indirect sunshine total of 13.8 hours. Strong sunshine totalled 7.77 hours.
This morning at 0800 it was the warmest start to the day since the end of July at 18.3C and rising steadily.
