No sun, more rain and ground frost

Yesterday brought another of the dismal, overcast and wet days. Although there was a little brightness late afternoon it was not enough to register on the sunshine recorder. Rainfall for the last twenty-four hours amounted to 2.6mm, which was followed by a slight ground frost (minimum of 0.4C) after the skies had cleared overnight.
