After the frequent light showers yesterday morning the sun broke through early afternoon when the UV level, just before 14.00, reached the highest since July last year, rated very high. The minimal rainfall over the last twenty-four hours totalled 1.1mm, which brings the total for the month so far to just 6.8mm.
This morning the low pressure that has been over the UK for the past two days reached its lowest pressure of 994.5mb and is slowly starting to rise.
