Yesterday gave us much sunshine with light winds, pushing the thermometer to a maximum of 20.2C, average for late June. The barometric pressure started to drop after midnight heralding the next low pressure system. The clear sky over night allowed warmth from the ground to dissipate into the atmosphere with the thermometer showing a continuous fall, reaching a minimum of 6.9C at 05.22, the coldest night since 26th May.
