Windrush Weather

Another hot and sunny day

With 13.3 hours of global sunshine yesterday the temperature was raised to a maximum of 24.8C, a shade below the previous day. The sunshine was never strong, with UV level falling back to the ‘High’ category, but with very light winds or often still conditions it felt hot.
This morning broke with fog that gave visibility down to 200m but quickly evaporated as the sun broke through although variable cloud has arrived. The temperature at 08.00 was 15.9C, the second warmest this month.
