Windrush Weather

A very cool night

The high pressure is providing much sunshine but clear skies at night mean a considerable drop in temperature, early this morning to 6.8C when the mean is 11.4C. The dry spell continues with just 23.2mm of precipitation this month when the mean is 66.2mm. With the anticyclone almost overhead it means a slack pressure gradient that gave a maximum gust of 11 mph yesterday and still conditions overnight.
