Another summer’s day yesterday with a maximum of 24.8C and 11.3 hours of strong sunshine. The last three days has seen the UV level drop to the ‘High’ category after being Very High previously in the month. The wind direction has veered a little more and has been coming from the east but light in strength, maximum 12mph. Today will be the thirteenth dry day this month with rainfall totalling just 23.2mm.
Although this morning broke with almost clear skies, just before 07.00 low cloud drifted in from the east obscuring the sun that eventually broke through around 10.30.
