Climate Change

The Meteorological Office state that ‘Climate change is a large-scale, long-term shift in the planet’s weather patterns or average temperatures”.

There is much discussion, both nationally and internationally, as to the reasons for these changes.

Over the past few years many countries have been putting into place various policy changes, such as in energy generation, to mitigate the projected worrying results from increasing air temperatures worldwide and consequent rises in sea level.

Whatever the reasons, be the changes short or long term, the articles here on rainfall and air frost show a distinct trend over the past thirty or so years.
