High temperatures declining

The hottest day of the year was over the weekend when the thermometer peaked at 23.1C. with UV levels in the ‘High’ category and just light breezes.
Maximum evaporation occurred on sunday when the equivalent of 4.7mm of water vapour returned to the atmosphere, the highest since August last year.
The barometric pressure has been dropping steadily over the last four days and is now at its lowest for May.
