Another day with a slack pressure pattern

The slack pressure pattern that has persisted for over a week is beginning to change as the barometric pressure has now dropped to its lowest reading for three weeks to 1007mb at 08.00 today. The strongest gust of wind yesterday was just 10mph. It was a cloudy day with no strong sunshine and occasional drizzle or very light rain showers amounting to a minimal total of 1.2mm for the last twenty-four hours. The UV level, as a result of the cloud cover, dropped to a ‘Moderate’ level yesterday.
