Dry and mild again

Thursday gave us another mild and dry day with above average temperatures by day and night with a maximum of 12.C (+2.3C) and 10.4C (+6.6C) thanks to the east southwest air mass from the Atlantic.

The barometric pressure has risen still further, the centre now over Northern France, with a reading of 1031.6mb at 08.00 on Friday, the highest pressure since 11th October.

Friday dawned grey and calm with the air movement from the southwest and the warmest morning for a week.
