The stable, cool and breezy weather continued on Wednesday with the brisk northeasterly again depressing temperatures. The maximum of 17.3C was just 0.2C above the average and the overnight low of 8.8C being 2.0C above the average.
It was the 25th dry day in May with the UV level into the ‘Very High’ category for the first time since 13th July.
Thursday again dawned with an overcast sky and the wind from the northeast just as strong.
